Cute book, bad Spanish translation

Even though the book has very cute pictures and my two-year-old daughter loves it, I couldn't give it more stars because the Spanish translation is just horrible. One page didn't even make any sense. I wonder who edits these books... and how hard it could be to properly translate a children's book with one or two simple sentences on each page... I know I may sound picky here but the point of buying a bilingual book is to have a correct version of the story in both languages, so whoever reads it can understand either of them. Of course I can translate to Spanish (it's my first language), but the idea is that I shouldn't have to.
Other than being very disappointed with the translation I was satisfied with the book (and that's why I still gave it three stars). The pictures are really cute and there's enough text to tell the story while at the same time it is not too long to keep a small child entertained.
